Will try this one i guess. If i plan to prep the dough night before, should i refrigerate it after its rising time? I mean after 1 hr n 20 mins?? Can i use white sugar instead of brownsugar in the filling? Can i substitute the sweet filling with something spicy? Like the filling in garlic rolls? You can store the rolls in an airtight container in room temp for three days. If the weather is too hot where you are, try to store in cool place. Quick question: Can I make the dough, let it rise, roll it out and form into rolls the night before I want to bake them? And then in the morning take them out of the fridge and let them do the second rise before they bake?

It would be nice to do all the prep work the night before so all I have to do in the morning is the 2nd rise and bake, but not sure if refrigeration would affect the 2nd rise. Hi Janie! They may even rise slowly in the fridge overnight! Thank you for the recipe.

Overall, it was a bit too sweet for me, although it was finewith black coffee. The roll itself was very good.
